Challenge: DEMDACO is an entrepreneurial company that competes in the gift product and services industry. They rose quickly on the strength of a very successful product line, Willow Tree. The team realizes that future growth will be dependent on being able to diversify their revenue stream with the addition of other products and investment in the right talent, processes and infrastructure. The team desires to be more deliberate and strategic in their approach to company direction, realizing the value of informed decision making, innovative product development, and attention to detail. They engaged Reynolds Consulting, LLC to assist them in crafting a strategic plan that raised the high bar while remaining consistent to their culture and values.

Results: Following the completed process, the team feels focused on a clear strategy, understands what it means to have a strategy driving the rest of the decisions of the organization, and has selected key initiatives and skill sets that they feel are critical to future success, setting goals for diagnostic evaluation and outcomes. The executive team has a renewed commitment to team work and accountability to complete tasks, and will take ownership for implementation of projects and achieving goals.
